Report suspected fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, prohibited goods, misleading listings, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, animal welfare concerns or misuse of the platform. You do not need to determine that a law was broken before raising a good-faith concern.
The Prohibited Items and Activities Policy defines platform bans. Reporting examples do not create permission for a category prohibited by that policy. A weapon, explicit item or prohibited animal does not become eligible because local law permits it.
Use Report on the relevant listing where available. The in-product reporting route requires you to sign in and complete any account verification required by the service. Liztd can associate the report with your account; this is not anonymous reporting to Liztd.
If the relevant screen has no Report control, or you cannot sign in, email support@liztd.com. You do not need to create an account to email a report. Liztd will receive your sending email address and information included in the message; email is not an anonymous channel to Liztd either.
Never provide a password, one-time code or full financial account details. Do not download, attach or redistribute child sexual abuse material or intimate imagery to support a report; provide a URL or a safe description. Preserve lawful evidence of a transaction for yourself where appropriate.
We do not routinely identify a reporter to the reported user. Authorized personnel and providers involved in intake, investigation and response may access report information. We may share information when lawfully required, necessary for safety or legal rights, or needed for an applicable complaint process. Report details themselves may make a reporter identifiable. Absolute anonymity or confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
For an intellectual property complaint or another process that requires disclosure to the affected party, identifying details may be shared where legally necessary. The Privacy Policy explains broader handling and retention.
We assess reports against our policies and applicable law, prioritising urgent safety concerns and legal deadlines. We may ask for clarification, preserve evidence, limit or remove content, restrict an account, notify appropriate authorities where required, or take no action if the available information does not establish a violation.
An acknowledgment confirms receipt, not a completed investigation. For ordinary reports without a statutory deadline, our service targets are acknowledgment within two business days and an initial assessment or status update within seven calendar days. Complex cases may take longer; we will explain when more information is needed. These targets do not extend a legal deadline or guarantee a particular outcome.
We may provide a status or outcome where practicable and lawful. Privacy, security and investigation requirements may limit the details we disclose. A report does not guarantee removal, a refund or a finding that someone broke the law.
If an intimate image or video of you was shared without your consent, or you are authorized to act for the depicted person, email support@liztd.com with the subject Urgent intimate image removal. You do not need a Liztd account. This route covers authentic images and digitally created or altered intimate depictions.
Provide your physical or electronic signature; information reasonably sufficient to identify and locate the material, such as its URL; a brief statement that you have a good-faith belief it was published without the depicted person’s consent and any relevant supporting facts; and contact information for a response. State whether you are the depicted person or an authorized representative. Do not send us an additional copy of the intimate image if a link or description will locate it.
For a valid request covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove the material within 48 hours of receipt and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that period. An account, police report or court order is not required merely to use this route. Other urgent reports are assessed under applicable law and our platform rules.
Send copyright notices to admin@liztd.com with the subject Copyright complaint. Include your name and contact details, including a postal address, telephone number and email; identify the copyrighted work and the exact location of the disputed material; explain your authority to act; and provide your physical or electronic signature. State that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law, and that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We act expeditiously on legally sufficient copyright notices and take reasonable steps to notify the affected account. If content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected user may send a counter-notice to admin@liztd.com. Include your physical or electronic signature; identify the removed material and its former location; give your name, address and telephone number; and state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
A United States counter-notice must also state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located, or, if you live outside the United States, a district where Liztd may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or its agent. We share the counter-notice, including its contact details, with the complainant as required by the process.
For a valid counter-notice governed by 17 U.S.C. section 512(g), we promptly forward it to the complainant and explain the restoration process. We restore the content between 10 and 14 business days after receipt unless we first receive notice that the complainant has filed the qualifying court action. A separate lawful restriction or independently applicable platform rule may continue to prevent publication. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice can create legal liability.
To challenge a content or account decision, email appeals@liztd.com with your account identifier, the affected content, the decision or case reference if available, and the reasons you believe it was incorrect. Include new information that may affect the assessment. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. A person will reconsider the decision using the available information. For an ordinary moderation appeal without a statutory deadline, we aim to provide a decision or a status update within 14 calendar days. If further investigation is needed, we will explain the next step. Internal decisions do not prevent statutory appeals, complaints to a competent authority or other legal remedies, and do not extend their filing deadlines.
For personal-data requests, contact privacy@liztd.com. For intellectual property complaints, contact admin@liztd.com. If an address fails, use support@liztd.com and explain the problem. An unavailable mailbox does not remove a legal obligation to receive and act on a valid request.
We terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances and may restrict an account for a serious single infringement. We consider the available evidence, valid retractions, counter-notices and legal outcomes. Repeated unsupported complaints do not automatically establish infringement.
Make reports honestly and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. A mistaken good-faith report is not abuse. Deliberately false accusations, coordinated harassment or repeated misuse of the reporting system can lead to restrictions. Do not retaliate against another user for raising a concern.
We will post the current version and its effective date on this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days of advance notice through a prominent platform notice or email, unless a change must take effect sooner to meet a legal requirement or address an urgent security or safety issue. We will obtain consent where the law requires it. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction or remove nonwaivable rights.
