These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are provided by Liztd Inc. and apply to users accessing Liztd services in India. By accessing or using the Liztd website, mobile applications, messaging systems, or related platform services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility to Use

To access or use Liztd, you must:

Platform Use

Liztd does not own, inspect, manufacture, guarantee, or control user-generated listings, products, or services posted on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details updated.

Liztd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Responsible Use

To maintain a safe and functional marketplace community, users agree not to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users
  • Use automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or scripts without authorization
  • Attempt to manipulate moderation systems or reporting tools
  • Circumvent platform security measures or access controls

  • Use the platform for activities prohibited under Indian law or applicable regulations
Listings and User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content, listings, messages, photos, descriptions, and materials they upload or share on Liztd.

By posting content on the platform, you grant Liztd Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify such content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the platform.

Users must ensure that listings comply with all applicable laws and Liztd policies.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Users may not use Liztd for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
  • Human exploitation, trafficking, harassment, or abusive conduct
  • Sale or promotion of prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
  • Content violating Indian laws, platform policies, or public safety standards
  • Unauthorized financial schemes or illegal gambling activities

Liztd reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.

Marketplace Safety and Moderation

Liztd uses a combination of automated systems and manual moderation processes to help maintain platform safety.

Reported content or suspicious activity may be reviewed, restricted, removed, or escalated to relevant authorities when legally required.

Users acknowledge that moderation decisions are made at Liztd’s discretion to protect the platform and its users.

Fees and Premium Features

Unless otherwise stated, Liztd is free to use for standard marketplace activities.

Liztd Inc. reserves the right to introduce optional paid features, promotional tools, subscriptions, advertising products, or premium services in the future.

Privacy and Data Use

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Liztd Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages arising from platform use, user interactions, listings, transactions, or unauthorized activity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liztd Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
Governing Law

Users accessing Liztd services from India acknowledge that certain disputes, consumer protections, and legal obligations may also be subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Liztd is 100% free to use — always. There are no fees, subscriptions, or premium tiers required to create an account, post listings, browse, message, or use any feature on the platform.

Liztd Inc. is committed to keeping the platform free for all users.

Personals Section

The Personals section is designed for personal connections but requires strict adherence to safety standards and legal compliance:

  • All content must comply with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA).
  • Prohibited activities include solicitation, trafficking, harassment, or other illegal conduct.
  • Liztd Inc. employs automated and manual moderation tools to detect and address violations.
  • Users can report violations via our reporting system.

Liztd Inc. disclaims liability for user-generated content but will take necessary action, including notifying law enforcement, when violations are identified.

Privacy and Cookies
