This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used in the India marketplace operated by Liztd Inc. Read it with the Privacy Policy for information about data use, recipients, retention and privacy requests.
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage, tags, pixels and similar technologies can store an identifier or transmit information when a page or feature loads. Information can include an IP address, browser or device details, pages visited, preferences and service or advertising interactions. Identifiers can be personal information even without your name.

An analytics or advertising technology does not become strictly necessary solely because it helps fund or improve Liztd. Google explains information received from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google's cookie information is at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Liztd does not currently offer a cookie-preference panel, a control to reopen such a panel or a separate online advertising-choice page. You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies, clear local storage and manage location permissions. These settings can affect sign-in and other features and may need to be repeated in each browser or device.
Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. That tool is specific to supported Google Analytics collection and does not disable every form of tracking. Google's advertising controls are explained at https://safety.google/privacy/ads-and-data/. Provider controls have their own scope and availability; they are not Liztd account settings.
Blocking browser cookies may not stop all information transmitted through tags, network requests or server connections. You may still see nonpersonalised ads. Device-location permission can be withdrawn in your browser or device settings, and you can select a general search area manually.
Choices can be specific to a browser, device, account or provider. Clearing cookies, switching browsers or using another device may remove or require you to repeat a choice. These limitations do not override a duty Liztd has to apply an account-level choice or recognise a legally required privacy signal.
Where applicable law requires consent before optional tracking, Liztd must obtain that consent before the relevant tracking begins and provide a legally sufficient withdrawal route. A missing preference panel, use of the site, acceptance of Terms or selection of nonpersonalised ads does not itself supply a required consent. India's privacy framework has phased commencement. Applicable consent and withdrawal requirements apply as the relevant provisions come into force and apply to the service. Withdrawal affects future processing within its scope and does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Email privacy@liztd.com to raise a tracking or consent concern.
Some cookies last for a browsing session; persistent cookies or browser storage may remain until their configured expiry or until removed. Duration depends on the specific technology and configuration. You can inspect stored cookies and their stated expiration in your browser's site-data settings; local storage may need to be cleared separately.
Deleting a cookie does not necessarily delete information already received by a provider. Provider records have separate retention rules. Liztd's 90-day inbox rule, 180-day security-log rule and 30-day routine-backup rule do not describe the lifetime of every Google cookie or provider record. The Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Policy explain those distinctions.
For questions or privacy requests, email privacy@liztd.com. Identify the regional site, browser and issue without sending passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We will post the current version and its effective date on this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days of advance notice through a prominent platform notice or email, unless a change must take effect sooner to meet a legal requirement or address an urgent security or safety issue. We will obtain consent where the law requires it. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction or remove nonwaivable rights.
